We have had very good luck with OmniPage Pro 12, SoftScan, Inc. Their
website says about $90 for the Standard (not Office) version. Don't know how we
would live without the scanner - both for documents and pictures. We have use of
a good slide scanner and that is going to be Tom's Christmas present!!
Prices have gone way down-thank goodness!
