It is very sad to hear about the Pierson's. It
takes a good deal of time to recover from so
much loss, and my heart goes out to them. Some
things simply can not be replaced, especially
family pictures. I was relieved to hear that
the Rocha's had not lost their home, much too
close. Having lived through the experience of
losing my home in a fire, I can truly feel for
those who were not so lucky.

Not only do I have tremendous empathy for those
who have lost their homes, but I also have a
great deal of experience in dealing with
insurance companies, both first hand and as my
profession. If there is any way I can help
anyone cope with that part of this disaster,
please let me know.
