Any meeting held on the side or in a separate room would just be a
meeting... and most hotels have broad liability insurance.    I've never
heard anyone say TBIS would propose having a parallel set of garden tours...
I only think they would have a meeting or two in the hotel.   I think
perhaps an event certificate on either side would do, if even that is
necessary.    I would hope everyone would think in a can-do attitude.  If
insurance is a concern, that shouldn't take much effort to resolve.
