Based on my recent disections of ovaries I would speculate that the maximum
potential seed count would be around 100-120.  I would expect some variation
of that potential from one cv to the next but if you're getting anything
over fifty seeds in a pod that seems to be like a roughly 50% fertility
rate, which I think is pretty good...
