Patrick,
I am not sure about any changes instituted this year but I can tell you
that a collection and a horticultural entry are not considered the same.
You could enter the same iris in a collection of 3, in a collection of 5, in
a mixed collection, in an English box and in the normal horticultural
division and get a blue ribbon with them all. I have seen the same person
win with a collection and a horticultural entry. Maybe that statement
should be amended to say, one per cultivar, per section?
