WOW Dave!! Your first freeze and it went all the way to 19! We had our
first one this week as well, it went down to 32 exactly. I wish it had
waited until Thanksgiving this year.

First freeze in my yard was night before last with 19F. Perhaps a bit
early this year. The only fall rebloomer (there were a couple others in
late spring/early summer as I recall) is 'Lo Ho Silver' this year, and I
covered it - looks OK, so may finish. Most low lying areas around here got
nailed, but a few protected and higher areas are still hanging in there
with no freeze yet.
First killing freeze last year was night before Thanksgiving. That's a bit
late.
