Hi Connie,

You may need to make new records.  I believe there may be three records in
there, however, it is a PC version.  Sometimes, if you have a very slow
computer, it is a large file and it may not have completely downloaded
properly.  You may wish to try it again.

Write to me personally and let me know what kind of computer etc., that
you're running and I'll try to assist you  :)
