Folks,

I am getting a little nervous about all this.

Janet's program files, when unzipped, are a series of DLLs and an Executable.

I think it would be best if no one else download the program or try to run it until someone who has it already has gotten it to run.

To my mind Janet has been a little evasive in her answers so lets ask some specific questions.

Janet,

What language was it originally written in?

What compiler did you use?

What was the target environment.

What is the minimum configuration necessary?

What OS and Service pack level?

Is there a reason you did not supply an installer? (there are a number of freeware ones)

None of these questions should infringe on the proprietary nature of your program.

Forgive me if I am being over cautious, but these are reasonable questions.

Janet,

So far I haven't been able to "run" anything on this either. The computer
can't figure out what type of file or program wrote it. Any suggestions.
