Good morning,

I had a chance to go back in and play with the files this morning, and 
it's up and running.  Haven't had a chance to really look at it yet - am 
looking forward to that.  The problem for me was that the original attempt 
at extracting the files didn't work correctly, and one of the more 
important files was corrupted.  A re-extraction solved the problem in 
about 5 seconds.  So, it was entirely at this end.
