 I susspect confusion comes from Kupari being a glaciata plicata. Of course Kupari is genetically a blue (glaciata genes remoe the anthoycyanin completely) and crossed with any recessive white will give all blue offspring. Taj Mahal would be a genetically recessive white, which can have some haft markings as recessive white is not as effective in removing anthocyanin (blue pigrmentation)
