Update on Jim & Ruth Ennenga

Hello to Everyone,
Mary has gone back to Omaha, and I have taken over for her here in Knoxville
- and I can only hope I do half as well as the "amazing, awesome sister".
Anyhow, Mama is doing pretty well; she tires easily, but is doing her best to
get around and get things back to normal. She has gotten up each morning and
fixed us hot cereal while I got ready to go to the hospital to spend the day
with Daddy. As for Daddy, Mary had the tough part in the healing process.
When I arrived last Thursday, I could already see that he was on the road to
recovery, and each day has been better. Yesterday, he was released from
critical care at Fort Sanders Hospital and admitted to the Patricia Neal Rehab
facility (at the same hospital). Today was very tiring for him, as he is very
weak. But Daddy is very strong mentally, and he will do what it takes to get
better. The rehab people are going to love him because he won't give up
and will try to do whatever they ask him to do. Anyhow, continue to keep them
in your prayers - so far, they have brought miracles in so many ways. Thanks
to you all.
Daughter #4 (Columbus, NE),
Susan
