REB: daylight independent rebloom

The only kind of rebloom that escapes being frozen here is rebloom from daylight independent rebloomers.
Are there theories about the source of this type of rebloom? Does it usually trace back to one particular cultivar or species? Is it thought to be the same source for both SDBs and TBs?
Forever Blue and some of its seedlings don't depent on hours of sunlight , but rebloom whenever a rhizome reaches bloom size. The only plant that I have crossed FB to to get daylight independent rebloomers was What Again. Chuck Chapman
