The latest and greatest edition came out in 2007. So if you have
the 1998 version you need to buy the new one. You can buy the pages and
keep your old binder.

Could someone please clarify something for me? I've just been to the
AIS Storefront working on my Christmas Wish List, but I'm confused.
Could someone please tell me the publication year of the SEVENTH
edition of the Judge's Handbook? My Judge's Handbook has a publication
year of 1998, but I don't know if that's the sixth or the seventh
edition. If the seventh edition is newer than 1998, it'll go on my
wish list.
Anybody know?
