So sorry to hear your collection of Spurias haven't bloomed  yet!  My 
collection is small, but I had bloom the first  year.  They are such a pleasant 
surprise at the end of TB  season.  While I scurry around with tweezers in hand, 
looking for  willing or unwilling victims, I tend to forget the Spurias.  Just 
as the  depression sets in from season's end, the Spuria blooms start to pop!  
Such  brilliance.  
 
I recommend everyone try a few.  In the year of the freeze, their  display 
was especially rewarding.
