Sutton's Iris Gardens has a chart of rebloom reliability. Of course this is for the iris that they sell. It could shed some light on what else to try, like parents or decendents or what to use as parents in selecting for your own crosses. Here is the link to the webpage.

Keep in mind that Linda is correct about what will work in your area. What may rebloom in Zone 4 or 5 may not in Zone 3. That would apply particularly to daylength dependent varieties. The daylength may be sufficiently shorter and sooner farther north but I'll bet the frost potential is even quicker and more dependable from Arctic blasts that are basically in your back yard and have trouble reaching farther south.
It might be better to stick with varieties that are late Spring or Summer bloomers that benefit form fetilizer and cultural conditions to bloom.
