I don't know what the experts would say, but as a breeder, I'm interested in whether or not they <try> to bloom other than spring.

So here's what I'd say

November. From a breeding point of view, it's not really blooming in Oct. I don't know what I'd call it if it is one stalk that started mid-Oct and finished mid-Nov. Probably both, tho as a breeder, I'd be interested in the earliest date.

If an Iris starts blooming October 30 and finishes blooming in November do
you consider October or November as the rebloom month or both?

Yes.

Mountain Sunrise put up a stalk but didn't show any color before it froze
last night.  Do I list that on the rebloom report?

If it had shown color (but didn't open), do I list it on the rebloom
report?
