There have been no reports of anyone getting bloom with bearded iris in South Florida. Probably because you don't have the winter temperatures plant need for blooming.

Is anyone else looking for help growing irises in south Florida? I would love to talk with you about my experiences with bearded irises. I planted them early this year and while they produced leave there were no flowers. Does it take a year or more before that happens?
