Yes, that is what I meant.There are people breeding for rebloom in Arizona, NM, MS that I know about. There are rebloom breeders in CA, but I don't know how far south. Walter Moores does more disease control than I do, but yes, I think he is in zone 8 in MS.
I don't know of anyone in zone 9 in the southeast US or other parts of the world with hot humid summers who is breeding for rebloom. Loic, in the Netherlands is, but I think his climate is more zone 7ish.
