Even winners of the AIS Youth Achievement Award are allowed to grow up.
They may hold high office.
They may even be list-owners.
But -- NOW HEAR THIS, TOM! -- they are NOT allowed grey, or even thinning, hair.
It is much too damaging to the self-esteem of their elders, who should be
allowed to maintain a self-image of being merely middle-aged!
