If the most recent edition(s) are already on disk and the older ones can be
scanned as individual pages (that means that they can be taken out of their
binder), this should not be too onerous. Scanning takes about 60-85
sec/page and is automated on most scanners.
I would rather see it on the Internet although it would also be useful to
some people on diskette.
