Mark,
I wish you well with the rebloomers and it will be interesting to hear
how they perform, however....a lady from Beverly Hills, which I believe
is across the river from you, was in our Triple R Reblooming robin for
about 12 years. During this time she only had one year with bloom and
this was when another member sent her a gift of iris. (Probably the
buds were set). I think the problem with bearded iris in your area is
not enough cold, especially the night temps. If you would get some
nights in the 30's then you may have chance.
