Linda,

I firmly believe that plant maturity (and of course rebloom genes) and
temperature is the key for rebloom.  In my mild climate I can have
rebloom the entire year and have had it in particularly mild winters.  I
have been working extensively with rebloomers and now am ready to
release some everblooming Standard dwarfs.  One dwarf which will be
introduced in 1999 will bloom whenever an increase is big enough
(mature).  Low Ho Silver also performs like this.
