In a message dated 97-11-04 11:30:37 EST, you write:
<< Since Indiana and Kentucky are different regions who do I
need to contact to get my region changed? Thanks in advance.
>>
David: You can't change Regions unless you move. We have members of our
region who are much closer to a neighboring region's activities and who would
prefer to join where they are most active - and they CAN, but as far as the
bookkeeping goes, AIS will consider you part of the region in which you live.
So, you can subscribe to the Kentucky newsletter and participate there, but
you will still be listed as being in whatever region Indiana is.
Although I am the RVP of Region 2, I participate (and subscribe to) Region 16
(Canada), Region 6 (Michigan) and Region 4 (Virginia etc.). I can't remember
what region Pennsylvania is in, but I subscribe to that newsletter too, and
we get to whatever events we can.
