In lieu of using agrimycin why not try some other methods if you can.
Can you stop growing iris in that particular area for two years. A
buildup of disease and insects will occur if you grow iris in the same
spot for two or more years. If you cannot "rotate" then why not try
solarizing next summer. See the archives for extensive threads on this
subject. Others have incorporated huge amounts of humus or cover crop
to the soil which will be beneficial.
