OT: Happy News Re: DRADY appeal

Greetings,

HIPSource is always a bit sad to post requests for assistance which contain
distressing information about people in unfortunate circumstances, but we must
try to do all we can to help, and we rely so much on the collective here that
we go ahead and post them anyway.

I am pleased to inform you that through the assistance of Bruce Filardi and
John Jones, both very helpful and resourceful fellows, and Bill Maryott who
can spare a rhizome, DRADY has been found for the lady who is so ill. I wanted
you to know.

In this context I also want to thank everyone who made their personal iris
lists available to me this year so I could use them as a last resort to help
folks find things. This has been enormously helpful in several instances
involving people on the list. I'd especially like to note the support that
Judy Eckoff has given this office this year. 

HIPS thanks you all, and so does Anner.
