The following was from the Region 17 Newsletter for spring 1996. All
listed were from zone 7. I've only selected those which bloom from
Aug thru Nov. Don't know if this might help or not. Nothing was listed
except name of cultivar and month(s) of rebloom, so I don't know which
may be TBs, IBs etc.

I left out those which only had listed rebloom before Aug or after Oct, but
included all those which indicated rebloom in Aug, Sept, Oct. I don't
trust
anything reporting bloom in Dec. I'm IN zone 7 and simply doubt successful
bloom in Dec except under special conditions. I frankly suspect some the
rebloom reports are akin to reported inches of rain received. Some folks
always have more. However, since I'm now trying some rebloom, I more or
less used the info above and picked those which indicated bloom starting
in Aug, preferably those showing Aug thru Oct. Aug is likely to be to hot
to get any respectable blooms, my theory was that those would probably
wait for cooler weather and bloom in late Sept or Oct. Sometimes my
theories actually pan out, but maybe not on rebloomers. With our high
temps
and dry weather, I remain skeptical about my success with these. Those
with bloom stalks currently which set from California are PINK ATTRACTION,
SUNNY DISPOSITION and SISTER MIRIAM SINGS. PA will finish this
weekend and it remains to be seen if SD will mature soon enough to avoid
being frozen. There is no hope for SMS not being frozen. I'll see if they
settle in and manage Texas weather patterns in the future.
