Hi Nell:
I prefer the 3-fall form for JI (although I have an INCREDIBLE seedling of
Ensata Gardens that I'm guesting and it's the most complex JI imaginable).
But I digress:
My all time favorite 3-fall is from a local hybridizer, Anna Rettig: NIAGARA
POWER. This has gunmetal blue falls with red/grape veining and red/grape
standards. It's a very late bloomer and not a fast increaser... but worth the
wait.
Chad Harris (who does the Pleasant series) works mainly in 3-falls, and he is
developing a series of very early bloomers.
