That should generate $.40 as you said. Chris has a selection of advertisements
he rotates through the banner. That is one of them. I have seen Bill Shear's
book there at times too, as well as others. I will get a link that can be
followed thru his site to Amazon.com to post to everybody.
BTW Amazon is really slow today.
