   Come to South Carolina in the fall, where daffodils, dutch iris, and
occasionally
tulips put up fall foliage!  This could be an advantage when they get around
to variegated foliage on these plants...this past year Dutch Gardens had a
vareigated
leaf tulip!   Now if the rain would actually fall on my gardens, not just
hover above and blow out to sea!!!!  Thanks for telling me the upshoot of
foliage would not harm
the bloom...I always wondered about that.
