Nothing like that has happened here. In fact my parents gardner thinks that
they are a great idea and their neighbor across the street has asked that I
get him some plant markers from our club so that he can mark his. I only
hope that the names that came with his are real because I think that he
bought his from Michigan Bulb or Springhill.
I have two different kinds. For my iris I have the traditional tall rose
markers with labels on them. For the one that I am growing for my club I
borrowed the method used by Lorraine and Gordon Nicholson of using 1/2"
plastic pipe and an elbow with my labels.
