I've been experimenting with planting seed of PCN's in my southern Wisconsin garden (zone 5) and have had about 5% of the seedlings make it through one winter. I will be planting out about another 200 this spring. Is ther any evidence that the pacificas might be selectable for cold hardiness or am I wasting my time and money in this little experiment.?
