I am interested in any Irid that will grow here. Montbretia is good
here, and I am trying Watsonia. Other Irids I grow are: Gladiolus,
Neomarica, Trimizia, Belemcanda, Sisyrinchium, and X Pardancanda. I am in
USDA Zone 8b hills of west central Florida. Freezes can occur anywhere from
November to March. Last winter, we had 18 of them, and have had one already
this season. Freezes are likely this coming week according to the weather
report.
