MA - Massachusetts MD - Maryland

NC - North Carolina NE - Nebraska
NH - New Hampshire NM - New Mexico
NY - New York OH - Ohio
OK - Oklahoma ON - Ontario
OT - Ottawa PA - Pennsylvania

UT - Utah VA - Virginia

I know Australia is a huge place, but I don't have the
knowledge to break it down further. Practical suggestions
would be welcome. Anyway, this gives an indication of
the geography covering the compilation list of favorites.
