I will likewise be signing off for a while; after three years on Active
Duty at Chief of Naval Operations staff, I'm going back to civvy street,
although I may be pulled back onto Active Duty in a few months in another
organization. It's been lots of fun and a good education (you should SEE
the list I've got ready for this year's catalogs) and I'll miss all my
long-distance friends -- but I'll be back as soon as I can...
