There was a lot of good information in your post, and that your
intentions were good.

The real point here is that you really should leave messages like this
to me. If I upset someone and they leave the list, I have no one to
blame but myself. However, if someone else takes someone on the list to
task and they leave the list, then I take a dim view of what happened.

I don't think that Richard has left, but he is somewhat new to the list
and may not be as hardened to that kind of message as more experienced
posters. The list policiy is to not post virus warnings etc. It is
better to let me handle things including replies.
