I am not aware of any commercial seed sources, but several 
organizations have annual seed exchanges which sometimes carry this 
species.  In particular the Aril Society International, North 
American Rock Garden Society, and probably the British Iris Society 
are good places to start.

Actually, this is a fairly common species amongst aril lovers in USA. 
You stand a good chance of getting some for free if you find the 
right person.  :)
