For Outlook Express, I've been able to unsend email, but only if I'm
running it in the offline mode and have been long enough that the
email is still in the Outbox section of the message database and
hasn't been sent to another machine yet.
To do this, enter the Outbox section, click on the message you want
to delete, and then hit the Delete key.
If you're running a different email program with an offline mode,
there's a good chance that you can use a similar method with it, but
only for email that hasn't left your machine yet.
By the way, if your ISP limits the amount of time you can be online
per month without paying extra, and you're close to or beyond the
limit, you're likely to find offline mode useful for other reasons,
since it works even when you're not online.
