I would have almost a completely different readout on the above cultivars,
all of which I have grown. Champagne Elegance is my most reliable rebloomer
and increases and blooms prolifically. Dover Beach has been a stalwart for
twenty years. Gay Parasol and Superstition were real troopers. Colortart
didn't die, but it tried to bloom at the wrong times (too late in the fall,
and then it would sulk in the spring). Immortality has never lived up to
its reputation for reblom. Persian Berry was just average, nothing special.

As the real estate folks say, it's all a matter of Location, Location,
Location!
