Hi Christian,
Bloomout is what happens when any iris blooms on a single fan and does not
send out any increases. The increases are what keep the plant going for the
next year. Therefore, no increases--no plant. Congratulations on having
increases on all those peewees. They will make the leaves for next year's
plants. They may or may not be big enough to have bloom next spring.
