Uh no.
Hard to believe for some of us, but the majority of the AIS wouldn't even want
a computer if you gave them one for free. So hardcopy needs to stay around
for a little while longer.
Seems reasonable to *offer* it electronic form, for the same cost as hardcopy
though. But once again, just because some people own excel, doesn't mean
every computer owner does... personally, I think that if the keeper of the
database doesn't keep it in excel format already and has to go to some effort
to convert it to excel, they should look at it as a new source of income for
the AIS and charge extra. But then again, I think anyone who uses any MS
product of their own free will has to be even nuttier than an irisarian!
