Living here in a zone 4/5 and growing Spuria, I have a hard time with the judging ballet as the Spuria are usually not finished opening, and sometimes none have even opened, by the deadline for submiting the ballet. I have mentioned this to Roy Epperson and he indicated that he would consider bring this up at the fall Board of Directors meeting if ther were a number of people with the same concerns.
