HYB: triploid crosses?

There was some discussion here & an article in the AIS bulletin some
time recently (since we've been 'talking') about supposed 'infertility'
in IBs. People were crossing IBs with TBs all over the place, proving
that a lot of them will cross and produce pods.

Any rumors from anybody of anything worthwhile coming from those or
similar crosses? Some hybridizers were pursuing moving the 'spot'
pattern from SDBs into TBs that way and had gotten some spotted BBs, I
believe. Not sure if other traits have been 'moved up' or not.

Both the article and this forum had some lists of IBs that had been used
successfully in crosses with TBs.
