Dearest Dave,
That also depends on the time of year. Here in northern MN, 45 F feels
darn chilly in Oct but will inspire shedding of jackets and long sleeves
in March. ;-)
Anything above 10F in Jan is a gift. Anything between -10F and +10F is
ordinary cold. Any temp above 15-20F is back up into the chilly range.
