Subject: [iris] Re: Rebloom Report Question - frost protection

Six days past the frost-kill date from last year. Am wondering if
protecting
stalks from hard frost negates the validity of rebloom for the report. Was
thinking maybe I'd protect some stalks and go ahead and report rebloom if
unprotected stalks don't get killed. Since nothing's ever easy, this
varies,
I'm sure , not just by cultivar, but by the microclimates in my yard as
well.
