Hi Ellen,
I am in 4b and I regularly get rebloom. This year was the best yet. My garden here is now three years old and the older clumps did not rebloom. May have been too dry.

Yes, you got that right! Enjoy it while it lasts. My 'Immortality' rebloomed last year but no sign of any rebloom this year but it bloomed well in June. It is not a terrific grower for me here in the Eastern Zone 3.
There is such a difference in one USDA zone.... I think USDA Zone 4 has what I would call a good chance of rebloom. The iris growing season here is so abbreviated.
