From my experience, it is impossible to know for sure.  Just keep lining it 
out each year (if possible) and giving it space and opportunity.  Let one clump 
mature, without moving, as a point of reference.  Sometimes it takes a while 
(years) for their full potential to show in the garden.  Also, may do 
differently in other zones.  

One of mine, Returning Chameleon (1995), only bloomed for me in early Oct.  
But I've gotten reports that when really happy it blooms from July thru freeze. 
 (two places in KY) There was no way I could guess that it would do this well 
in the beginning.  Most years, it isn't that 'happy' in my garden.  I've only 
seen July bloom once.
