Last I read up on Roundup, it was the sticker (surfactant) additive in
Roundup that is a potential health problem, not the glyphosate herbicide
itself. But haven't been keeping up.
One of the Oz contributors posted a website with a lot of the details
you were asking for re: target and non-target organism (including human)
toxicology a few years ago.
And EPA has a website with similar info, I think.
If an archive search of this list doesnt' turn up what you want, try
googling for <toxicology non-target herbicide> maybe add ecology,
organisms, biota, or something along those lines if that doesn't get you
where you want.
