AIS: Bulletin arrival

The October Bulletin arrived yesterday, 10/13.

I find it amazing one can walk faster across Asheville than mail moves
from one side the city to the other.  Considering the span between the
dates the first issues of the Bulletin arrived on the west coast and the
arrival here begins to resemble the Asheville velocity more and more.
The very late arrival well defines "snail" mail.  Am I the last one in
the nation to receive it?
