Neil, even the AIS MemSec gets snail-mail!  Our own copy arrived  10/11 
although the PO sent "return" copies to Tom's MemSec PO box on 10/4.   Because the 
mailing is done at "Bulk Mail rates" and the returns come First  Class (and 
charged as same!) that always happens.
 
In any case, the Bulletin is full of good pics and info (plus a pic of my  
cat Hamilton as a baby!)
