RE: REF: AIS email robins?

Linda,
In regards to your questions. Yes, I am in charge of the AIS email robins. We try to focus on just just around a dozen of them to start with. They do not cycle around a set group of people. This way all can see what has been written. With the paper robins you probably would not see what has been written after it has left your hands. As for it being slow, I've noticed that all of the internet robins have been extremely slow this summer. Even iris hort was slow earlier this month and nobody posted anything for 3 days. When the cold weather and wintertime catches up with all of us, and everyone is stuck inside for months, I expect all of the robins become very active again.
I hope that this answers your questions.

Susan, could you fill us in sometime about the AIS email robins?

Are you in charge of them, how are they different from other email
forums?

Do they cycle thru each member like the paper robins do?

I went to the Yahoo website <http://groups.yahoo.com/group/aiserobins/>
listed on the AIS site, but didn't try to get into the archived
messages. Not sure that is possible... In any case, it looks like it
isn't very active, but maybe it's supposed to be that way?
